Students come to Poland for a period of approximately six weeks during summer taking selected courses of their interests. The program creates a unique opportunity for students to learn more about central Europe and Poland in particular. In fulfillment of the Cooperative Agreement Between San Diego State University (California, USA), Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and AGH University of Science and Technology (Krakow, Poland) the program of „Summer Semester in Krakow” was launched. | Remarks: | Opinions and comments: “Studying abroad is something every student should experience and where better than Krakow, Poland. After visiting other cities I felt myself wanting to go back to Krakow. Poland is a large attraction to American tourists which I feel really adds to the experience. This was defiantly a trip of a life time.” Curtis Bosick “The International Program in Krakow was an amazing experience. I love living in Krakow and everything about this trip.” Mariam Auro “The Krakow trip was an amazing experience. There were many fantastic opportunities to be exposed to different cultures and lifestyles. We all became one big family including students, professors and other members of the AGH faculty. I would recommend and encourage anyone to attend this trip. “ Justin Klug “Krakow is a second home to me. This trip has been a once in a lifetime opportunity.“ Lourd Stephan “Krakow is the hidden gem of Europe and I was lucky to find such a place.“ Matt Stojanovic “The study abroad program in Krakow is an experience that you will remember forever. From the festivals, to the night life from beauty of the city to warm of the people the experience is one of a kind.“ Alex Antonio “Krakow opened many of our eyes to a new culture and allowed us to experience it first hand. Now we all know that Polish women are among the best in the world.“ Scott Stoltzman “This is kind of program, a book can only summarize. You learn so much and do so in a setting where you are among familiar American faces, among people of similar age and interests. Without coming abroad would not have learned BRUDERSCHAFT!!!“ Rex Jaime “Summer session in Krakow has been a wonderful experience. In additions there is also a really exciting nightlife as well. I would recommend anyone to take this opportunity as it has been one of the best experiences of my life.” Anonymous |
