Chopinomania

Because of the ongoing “Chopin’s Year”, many events dedicated to oeuvre of that famous Polish composer are organized. For example a project named “Chopin in the City” (www.chopininthecity.com/) is still present on the streets of Kraków. Six replicas of Chopin's piano around the city center, stairs covered with carpet with a keyboard, benches at bus turned into a piano stools – they are only some elements of that project. For those who would prefer to listen to the music of Chopin than take part in such an exhibition organized in the urban space, the Ludwig van Beethoven Association prepared special event: Chopinomania. It’s a series of three concerts connected by the name of composer and by the fact that the events will take place in the public spaces rather than concert halls.

Promises to be an extraordinary evening with romantic music. Not to be missed!
