    Should you eat well and cheaply? Students generally opt for the second. What is worth mentioning here is that Student Canteens are located near the Universities so it is not difficult to find good and not expensive food. But what you should also know is that Cracow has a few hundred places where you can find international cuisine at low prices.

    - bigos (traditional Polish dish made of, among others, cabbage, mushrooms, meat): 8 zl

  • Telephone and Internet 50zl
    It is possible to buy telephone cards that allows you to call from one of the many phones around. However, it is a good idea to as soon as possible let your tutor help you buy a SIM card for your mobile phone which provides you with a Polish mobile number. You will have access to Internet at the IPO but many student wants to use it and sometimes it is better to go to one of the many Internet cafes around the market square.
